It was great to catch back up with Anjali & Rajan, to capture the next part of their Asian Wedding. Mata Ki Chowki is the start of the wedding celebrations where the couple, family and friends pray to Mataji to bless the wedding.
Anjali & Rajan’s Mata Ki Chowki took place at the Hindu Temple in Newcastle and what a fascinating place it was. The whole experience was such a privilege to be a part of. The clothes, colours, and statues were just fantastic.
It was great to see everybody come together and share in the celebrations.

What a fantastic night at Anjali & Rajan’s Rokha, Rokha is the start of the Hindu pre wedding celebrations. Uniting the two families to announce the couple are to start dating.
It was fascinating to be apart of the Rokha, especially as it’s my first time being involved with an Asian wedding. I can’t wait to capture the next part of the pre wedding celebrations the Sangeet night.
It’s fair to say Anjali looked sensational, and together they were a gorgeous couple to photograph.
