Today I headed off for my first visit to a stunning wedding venue in Darlington, Rockliffe Hall, to photograph the wedding of Jill & John. If you have recently been through my blog you would have seen Jill & John’s family Pre Wedding shoot at South Shields beachfront.
Jill & John were a great couple to photograph and it was a magical day, bringing together the two families. I loved been a part of the day, even taking time out to play tag with boys (Andrew & Ben) Who I’m sure done their mam proud by looking super smart and being incredibly well behaved. We certainly can’t miss out the cutest little lady of the day, Sophie. She was amazingly cute in her dress especially when she walked down the aisle with her pushchair.
I couldn’t go with out mentioning the cake. Hands down one of the best and most original ideas for a wedding cake I’ve seen.

What a fantastic wedding to be a part of!
Sarah and Tom were an amazing couple, with their super cute son William who looked very dapper in his suit! He certainly made it easy to get some awesome shots!
It feels like just yesterday that I met them and shot their pre wedding shoot and a photo shoot of there wood floor show room!
The day ran nice and smooth. Starting with bridal prep at the Blackwell Grange hotel, followed by a lovely ceremony at All Saints Church in Hurworth Village. Following on with an intimate reception at The Bay Horse just over the road and then finishing the night at The Grange Bar in Darlington Centre. We had a downpour of rain but that certainly didn’t dampen the day one bit!
